Sustainability and Transformation Partnership: your feedback

We want to hear what you think about the draft BNSSG Sustainability and Transformation Plan.

About the STP

In common with health and care organisations throughout England, we have been working with our partners across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire to develop a Sustainability and Transformation Plan (STP).

Once completed the plan will set out how health and care services will work in partnership to develop plans that will enable us to continue to meet the health needs of our local population at a time of increasing demand and constrained resources.

We have collated existing feedback from service users, carers and the public to help inform our planning. This includes information from recent public engagement activities, local surveys and local health scrutiny committees, and information collated from ‘friends and family’ test data, patient complaints and Care Quality Commission reports.

Our thinking has been shaped by the issues that those who rely on our services have told us is important to them.

There will be opportunities for service users, carers and the public to have their say on the emerging plan, and to continue shaping the development and implementation of the plan during the next 5 years.

Any proposals for significant changes that emerge from the plan will be subject to specific engagement and consultation where required.

We are working with the three local Healthwatch organisations and other stakeholder organisations to agree arrangements for local engagement.
